Ashley See graduated from Seattle
University with a BA in journalism. Ashley is a journalist by training and an absolute internet junkie/blogging enthusiast by hobby.
What stemmed as a lackadaisical writer for her high school newspaper, The Laurus, bloomed into adoration for the written word. From this point, Ashley has been the editor of a literary magazine and a staff writer for Seattle University’s The Spectator.
Music media and Seattle neighborhood blogging have dominated Ashley’s freelance experience. From a contributing writer, to an admin and editor, Ashley's days are frequently spent coaching LexBlog clients on becoming better bloggers or how to use social media to enhance their reuptations. In terms of music media, Ashley has also been a
DJ for four years at KSUB, Seattle U’s radio station. She’s often heard humming the likes of Billie
Holiday, Sigur Rós and OMD.
Don’t be misled by her pretty dresses, this fickle Oregon gal
can get dirty. Ashley’s often challenging boy scouts to fire building contests.
The caffeine addict frequents eclectic cafes and secondhand shops far more than
her bank account allots. And if you ask her, she’d rather be somewhere that
requires a passport.
Ashley currently longs for a destination requiring a passport, a rural cabin and an inexpensive, retro typewriter.
